The cozy communal patio leads to the apartment, which is located on the ground floor. Its interior offers a modern and bright style where all rooms are connected. As soon as we enter, we have the living room with air conditioning and TV. The kitchen area features a ceramic hob and the basic equipment for cooking on your days off. The washing machine is here too. A nice bar with stools will serve as a dining table. Next comes the only bedroom, which is open to the living area and has a double bed. The extra guest can sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. Finally, the large bathroom has a shower.

This studio is located practically in the center of Jerez de la Frontera, with all the basic services for your stay just a few meters away. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
