The living-dining room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, and a table for 4 diners, and is open to the kitchen with a ceramic hob and basic equipment for cooking during your stay. Here you will also find the washing machine. For rest, the apartment offers two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. The two extra guests can rest on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower completes the facilities of the apartment. Additionally, we can provide a cot and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby. Finally, the apartment is equipped with centralized air conditioning.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
