General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a patio, a tennis court, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Torreblanca: Large, child friendly, rustic house "Salto del monte". 2 km from the centre of Fuengirola, in a quiet position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach, located by a road. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pool house with fridge and shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course 5 km, tennis 2 km, children's playground 2 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Salto del monte in Fuengirola you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
