Outside this magnificent apartment you will find an extensive garden and a shared pool with a depth range between 1m and 1.7m that will be ideal for cooling off on the hottest days. On the terrace of the apartment, they have a dining area that will be the perfect place to extend the evenings eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in an urbanization, they have direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.
Inside the one-story house, you will find a spacious dining room with Smart TV and AC that leads to the kitchen, with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The house has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime, they have two bedrooms, the first has a double bed and AC, while the second has a trundle bed with capacity for two people. A fifth person can stay, paying a supplement, in a sofa bed. A bathroom with bathtub is at your disposal. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair.
The Port of Santa María is located in Cádiz. For wine lovers we recommend visiting the wonderful wineries of the town and tasting its wide gastronomy. You will also find multiple historical symbols in the city, such as the Castillo de San Marcos, which is built on the remains of an old Arab mosque. We also recommend visiting the Muelle de las Galeras or Parque Calderón, which are some of the most pleasant places to walk. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
