The penthouse terrace features additional sun loungers for sunbathing and a large table, ideal for dining or enjoying drinks with companions. The flat has direct neighbors as part of a building.

Inside, the spacious living-dining room is equipped with a TV and a table with four chairs, perfect for extending your evenings. The independent kitchen, fitted with a vitroceramic hob, includes all the necessary utensils for cooking. The flat also features a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both have fans. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the accommodation.

Conil de la Frontera is famous for its stunning golden sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, including the beach of Los Bateles, less than 2km away. The town’s historic center is a charming maze of narrow streets and lively squares, home to tapas bars and restaurants serving delicious local dishes like "pescaíto frito." Key attractions include the Tower of Guzman, the Church of Santa Catalina, and the Conileñas Roots Museum, which showcases local history and tradition.

Pool hours: 11:00h to 15:30h and 17:00h to 21:00h. The property does not accept guests under 25 years unless they are a family. Copies of passports for all guests are required. Exterior parking for 1 car is available. Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
