The area is completed by two porches, the first one with a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining area, and the second one set up as a chill-out zone. Inside, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV and leads to the dining area from where you access the backyard. Next, you'll find the open kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, providing a comfortable space to cook your favourite meals. The washing machine is in the kitchen, and there is also an iron and ironing board in the house, offering all the comforts of home. On the other hand, the house has two bedrooms, both with double beds and wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with shower for the entire accommodation. Three fans and a cot and high chair if travelling with your baby complete the equipment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
