General

The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The badroom is equipped with a shower, two washbasins, a bath, a bidet and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

The comfortable flat is located on the first floor of a building without lift, being only 2 neighbours. It offers a spacious living-dining room with kitchen which is equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fan, Smart TV and ceramic hob. Next to the living room there is a toilet that gives service to the flat. To rest, the accommodation has 4 bedrooms, all with ceiling fan, the first one with double bed, and direct access to the bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the other 3 with a single bed. In the house you will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

The apartment is located in the centre of Conil de la Frontera and very close to the beach. Conil de la Frontera is known for its stunning beaches of golden sand and crystal clear waters, such as the beach of Los Bateles and the beach of El Palmar. In addition, the historic centre of the town is a real labyrinth of narrow streets and lively squares, where you can find numerous tapas bars and restaurants serving typical dishes of the Andalusian gastronomy, such as fried fish and fresh seafood. The town has a rich history and culture, and boasts several monuments and places of interest, such as the Guzmán Tower, the Santa Catalina Church and the Raíces Conileñas Museum, which exhibits objects related to local history and tradition. In short, Conil de la Frontera is a unique and charming tourist destination that offers a perfect combination of spectacular beaches, tasty gastronomy, rich culture and relaxed atmosphere. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
