It offers comfort and functionality for a couple or small family looking for a relaxing getaway to the village of Coín. From its furnished balcony, enjoy a relaxing afternoon after visiting the town. Please note that, due to its location, privacy is partial as it has neighbours. The flat has a lift.

The interior of the flat is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The open space of the living-dining room has a sofa from which you can enjoy the TV with Smart TV. The space has air conditioning available to make the stay more comfortable. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
