Please note that, due to its location, privacy is partial as it has neighbours. The flat has a lift.

The space has air conditioning available to make the stay more comfortable. The ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board for your use. When it is time to sleep, you have at your disposal a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and fan for your comfort. The bathroom of the flat is equipped with a bathtub. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide you with a cot and high chair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
