Upon entering, you'll find the living dining room equipped with a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The separate kitchen has been recently renovated, is and equipped with a ceramic hob. A bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find the 3 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second one has 2 single beds and air conditioning; and the last one also has twin beds and a ceiling fan. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Finally, you have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, as well as a crib and high chair if you're travelling with your baby.

The townhouse is located on a quiet private street - where you can park 1 vehicle - next to the Chipiona Lighthouse. It's only 150 meters from the nearby Regla Beach, which offers a variety of services and beach bars, and a beautiful seaside promenade to the Monastery of Our Lady of Regla and beyond. Chipiona is a family-friendly destination with delicious gastronomy and a wide range of cultural and leisure activities. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
