The kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, has everything needed to prepare delicious homemade meals. Four bedrooms, all equipped with double beds, fans, and wardrobes, offer restful sleep. Additionally, a crib is available upon request. The house boasts a full bathroom with shower. Four fans and an air conditioner in the living room ensure a cool atmosphere on warm days.

Enjoy the spectacular beaches in the area, such as La Barrosa and Sancti Petri, perfect for sunbathing and water sports. Also, explore the old town of Chiclana with its whitewashed streets, lively squares, and the Church of San Juan Bautista. A visit to local wineries to taste wines from the region is a must, and you can't miss a trip to the Natural Park of the Bay of Cadiz to enjoy nature and birdwatching. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
