The exterior of the property allows you to enjoy the southern climate, where you will find a private chlorine pool that measures 6 x 3 meters and has a depth that ranges between 1.20m and 1.60m. You will also find a porch with a fixed barbecue and a chill-out area where you can enjoy fun moments while relaxing with a drink or just chatting with your companions. The property is fenced and has neighbors nearby.

Distributed on one floor, the interior of the house is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room-kitchen has Smart TV where you can watch your favorite programs and the ceramic hob is ideal for cooking delicious dishes. When it's time to sleep you will find three bedrooms, all with double bed and closet. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom with shower and a separate bathroom with shower completes your stay. There is a crib and high chair if you travel with your baby, fans in all rooms and a washing machine at your disposal.

In addition, the beautiful beaches of the Costa de la Luz, such as La Barrosa Beach, are ideal for a swim or a stroll at sunset. Nature lovers will find Pago del Humo's surroundings a paradise to explore, with hiking trails, biking trails and outdoor activities in abundance. The proximity to the Bay of Cadiz Natural Park provides the opportunity to observe a rich variety of flora and fauna in their natural habitat. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
