For shared use: garden, swimming pool angular fenced (depth 100 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: washing machine. Parking, public parking 60 m on the road. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bar, pub garden. Sports harbour 9 km, golf course (18 hole) 2.5 km, tennis 500 m. Nearby attractions: Estepona Old town 11 km, Sotogrande 13 km, Selwo Park 20 m. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
