General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a patio, a terrace, a garden, an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a sandbox and a billiard and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a hairdryer, a toilet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, a stovetop, a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

The house is easily accessible via an asphalted road at 550 m above sea level, you can enjoy views of the mountains, fruit and olive trees, the sea and the city of Malaga. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a furnished living room with a comfortable sofa, bedrooms with high-quality mattresses (extra pillow available on request), a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a private garden with a terrace and a parking space for the car.

Note: Visitors are allowed during the day but must leave before 00:00 hours, overnight stays are not allowed.

To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
