The holiday home for 16 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with seven bunk beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and three fireplaces. Kitchen

Cortijo completely renovated with three bedrooms for a maximum capacity of 16 people, the upper floor room with a double bed for two people, the second room, on the upper floor, with 4 bunk beds (8 places) and the Arch Room, on the ground floor, with 3 bunk beds (sleeps 6). On the upper floor there are two bathrooms for shared use, each with two sinks, two showers and a separate toilet and on the ground floor there is a full bathroom, with toilet, sink and shower. The central space on the ground floor has been transformed into a living-dining room with capacity for 20-25 people and connects with the main kitchen through the immense fireplace of the traditional kitchen with a Moorish oven for making bread and roasts, and a wood-burning stove. and fire area for cauldrons. In addition, a paella pan kit is offered (additional cost, consult with the owner) and a solar cooker. There is another kitchen on the first floor just for making coffee, infusions or a snack (not for cooking), which is connected to the yoga and relaxation room. This room has 80 m2, with a terrace and a balcony. The owner lives on the same property with her pet, totally independent and away from the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
