Welcome to the Posada de la Casa del Pintor. This inn, inspired by the famous painter Joaquín Valverde, has a unique and typical Andalusian design. Outside you will find a beautiful patio that occupies most of the ground floor, which is bright and comfortable and is furnished with several tables and chairs where you can relax reading a book. The inn is close to all amenities and you will be able to reach any destination quickly, thanks to its unbeatable location. Please note that privacy is partial as there are other guests in the accommodation.

The accommodation spans three floors, with the ground floor featuring a courtyard that leads to the "Salón Puerta Sevilla," which includes a sitting area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob. A guest toilet is also available. Your bedroom, located on this floor, has a TV, a small desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Stairs lead to the upper floors, where you can admire the artist’s works. There's an independent kitchen with a ceramic hob on the next floor, and the top floor includes a terrace with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The entire accommodation is air-conditioned and powered by solar panels for extra comfort.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
