General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, two double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a patio, an air conditioner, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two showers, a bath with shower, three toilets, two hairdryers, a bidet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This charming country house is nestled in the heart of the Sierras Subbéticas Cordobesas Geopark, surrounded by a serene fruit tree forest in the municipality of Carcabuey, Córdoba. Located just minutes from the village, the house can accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 rooms, offering the perfect setting for a peaceful holiday. Its proximity to nature and tranquil surroundings make it ideal for relaxing or exploring the great outdoors.

Inside, the house features a spacious living and dining room with a fireplace, large windows offering stunning views, and a smart TV with a sound system. The fully-equipped kitchen has modern appliances, including a microwave, induction hob, and espresso machine. There are five bright, air-conditioned bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom. Additional amenities include two full bathrooms, a pool with night lighting, and a tennis court, all within a fenced garden full of fruit trees.

The house is conveniently located near many attractions. Visit Priego de Córdoba (6 km) for its baroque architecture, or explore the Roman Villa in Almedinilla (14 km). For nature lovers, the Subbética Natural Park offers hiking, mountain biking, and climbing. Other nearby destinations include the town of Iznájar (40 km) with water sports, and the historic city of Córdoba (100 km), home to the iconic Mosque-Cathedral.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
