The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a DVD player. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), a terrace, an air conditioner and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless), a freezer and a tumble dryer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Apartment block "Altos de la Quinta", built in 2005. 15 km from the centre of Marbella, outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Puerto Banús, 6 km from the sea, on the golf course. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking space n 2701. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 5 km, sandy beach 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 300 m. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 6 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Altos de la Quinta in Benahavís you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
