The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a twin trundle, a bunk bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with an elevator. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two washbasins, two toilets and a bidet.

After a day at the beach or a walk along the coast, the best plan is to relax and feel at home. On the terrace of the apartment you can have a drink with your companions or just chat and spend a nice evening. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator, so it has neighbors and its privacy is partial.

Inside, the living-dining room is equipped with Smart TV and a sofa. The independent kitchen, ceramic hob has all the necessary utensils so you can cook comfortably. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have a trundle bed and a bunk bed respectively. Another bathroom with bathtub is located in the hallway. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide a crib and high chair.

The apartment is located just a minute away from Playa del Carmen or Playa de Barbate, the most attractive beaches in the area. They are ideal for adrenaline lovers, who can surf, windsurf and kitesurf. Apart from its beaches, it also has the Parque Natural de la Breña y Marismas del Barbate, a protected area that offers a variety of trails to explore. You can enjoy a walk through the pine forest and impressive cliffs, with panoramic views of the ocean. In the center of Barbate, we recommend you to wander through its streets and taste its delicious local gastronomy. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
