This flat is the ideal spot for enjoying the Atlantic or exploring nearby Portugal. You can relax in the shared 35x10m chlorine pool, with depths ranging from 1.90m to 1.10m, or let the kids enjoy the smaller 7m pool (0.50m deep). An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a beach day.
Located on the first floor, the apartment is cozy and welcoming. Enjoy your morning coffee or a chat on the furnished terrace. The bright living-dining room features air conditioning and a Smart TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro-ceramic hob and all essential utensils. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also provided. The flat has two bedrooms: one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and terrace access; the other with two single beds. A separate bathroom with a shower completes the layout. If traveling with a baby, a cot and highchair are available.
Set in the peaceful Isla Canela, the area offers beautiful golden beaches and excellent amenities, including a marina and the Isla Canela Golf Course just 3 km away. The town of Ayamonte is 8.9 km from the flat.
There is exterior parking for 1 car. Pets are not allowed, and events are forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
