Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of golf course. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Bus stop 6 km, railway station 38 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 m. Hiking paths: Sierra de Grazalema 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 40 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
