Please note that because the apartment is in a building, there are direct neighbors.

Located on the first floor of a block of apartments, the interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room, equipped with Smart TV, will be the perfect place to extend your evenings and also has a small dining area. The kitchen is independent and has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house, there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it is time to rest, there is a double bedroom. A bathroom with a shower serves the property. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a highchair. Finally, there is a portable air conditioning that you can use to cool the rooms.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
