For shared use: swimming pool angular (16 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 10:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine. Communal covered parking space n 14/19. Shop, grocery, supermarket, restaurant, café 700 m, bus stop 1 km. Sports harbour 2 km, marina 2 km, golf course (18 hole) 13 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m. Nearby attractions: Nerja, Frigiliana, Almuñecar, Marinas del Este, Alpujarras, Granada. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sierra Nevada. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: La Viñuela. Hiking paths: Sierra Tejeda y Sierra Almijara. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
