The porch offers excellent shade to enjoy the summer breeze while relaxing in the comfortable seating area. In addition, there are two terraces on the top floor to enjoy the stunning views. The barbecue area is perfect to taste delicious grilled meats and vegetables. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.

The two-storey house offers a traditional style with all the necessary comforts for a perfect stay. The dining room on the ground floor is equipped with AC and Smart TV. The separate kitchen features an induction stove. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, the first on the ground floor with a double bed. Of those on the first floor, 2 have a double bed and the last one has twin beds. The house offers 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor with a shower and one on the first floor with a jetted bathtub. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you are travelling with your baby, complete the equipment of the house.

The property is located on the outskirts of Alhaurín el Grande, a town with a privileged location in the province of Malaga. The capital, a city full of history, art and culture, is only 30 minutes away by car. The Sierra de Mijas is nearby and has numerous hiking trails, such as the climb to the Mijas peak or the Arroyo de la Virgen route. You can also visit the Sierra de las Nieves nature reserve, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. Let's not forget the sea, as Fuengirola beach is about 20 minutes away by car. You can also explore other nearby beaches such as La Cala de Mijas, Calahonda or Marbella.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
