The balcony of the apartment will be the ideal place to have a drink and extend your evenings in the company of your loved ones. Please note that privacy is partial, as being in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby.

A bathroom with a shower completes the stay. You will be able to use the fan, washing machine, iron, and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are traveling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
