The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces and two televisions. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue, a terrace and a sunbed and there are three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two showers, two washbasins and two hairdryers.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, two coffee makers and two stovetops.

La Suerte complex consists of 2 rural houses together, Crisantemo and Dalia, with impressive sea and mountain views. It is more than 100 years old and restored in 2022 with natural stone from the region. These houses both have their own entrance, making them ideal for 2 families!

It is located in an idyllic setting, ideal for outdoor sports, and just 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area. The nearest town is a few minutes away by car, and you will find plenty of great shops, restaurants and amenities. For nature lovers, the nearby Punta Entinas-Sabinar Natural Park is a must-visit. Culinary-wise, the region around Adra also has a lot to offer.

Start the holiday day on your outdoor terrace or veranda of around 60 m² and enjoy the stunning views of the sea and mountains to the full. The La Suerte complex also houses a barbecue, outdoor area with native plants and fruit trees, relaxation area, bar (for preparing your favorite cocktails), Balinese beds, solarium, shared swimming pool with the other house (with shallow area for children), outdoor shower and parking for several cars. The fencing ensures the desired privacy and children can play carefree on the swings and slide.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
