The second-floor apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a book library and HDTV for leisure. Inside, the apartment features an equipped kitchen cum dining with essentials such as an induction hob, electric kettle and fridge with freezer to facilitate a comfortable holiday.

The studio is fully furnished and elegantly decorated. It features a double bed and a wardrobe in the bedroom. The contemporary bathroom includes a shower and WC. Additionally, there is a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs.

The holiday apartment is a real paradise for history and nature lovers as it is right in the heart of Novo Mesto, an archaeologically rich town with the beautiful Krka flowing right next to it. Within a 10-minute walk, guests can access the Novo Mesto Museum (Dolenjski Muzej Novo Mesto), the lush parks of Novo Mesto, the Kandinjski Bridge and the historic old town centre. Additionally, Slovenia's only water castle in the middle of the river, the Otocec Castle, is just a 10-minute drive from here.

Guests can also enjoy day trips to Šmarješke Toplice, known for its thermal spa, and the Trska Gora hills where the region’s typical wine “Cvicek” and beautiful hiking trails await are a 15-minute drive. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
