4-room cottage on 2 levels. Spacious and bright, tasteful and cosy furnishings: open living room with TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the patio. 1 children's room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed and shower. Sleeping alcove with 1 bed. Sep. WC. Wood heating. Marvellous panoramic view of the lake and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. TV only EN. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Pre-arrival grocery service. 300 m long steep, narrow motor access. 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 25 km, shopping centre 25 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bakery 1 km, café 4 km, bus stop "Loch Ness Inn" 2 km, railway station 25 km. Hiking paths: Great Glen Way 100 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
