Upper floor: living room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Kitchen-/living room (oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating, air-conditioning. Heating not available in all rooms. 3 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). View of the river. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). No internal connecting door between the separated properties. Recommended occupancy with 4 persons until 01.06. and from 01.10. as limited heating in outbuilding depending on weather conditions. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
