Cosy single-family house "Fonte do Forno", surrounded by meadows and fields. 500 m from the centre of Afife, 12 km from the centre of Viana do Castelo, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property 3'500 m2, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub. Private: property 600 m2 with lawn, orchard. In the house: washing machine (for shared use), bicycles available. Available: bicycles (4), children's bicycles (1). Public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, restaurant 1 km, café 300 m, sandy beach 1.5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Fonte do Forno (AFI100) in Afife you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
