For shared use: natural state property 50'000 m2 with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing. Private: swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. 500 m long very bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, sandy beach 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Orchard is maintained by several workers.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
