The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with eight single beds. The holiday home is equipped with five televisions. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace and a garden and there are two swimming pools. The badroom is equipped with three bidets, three toilets, three baths with showers, three washbasins and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The villa is located on the Bom Sucesso golf resort, equipped with a football pitch (free use), gym (free use), golf course (18 holes), 4 tennis courts, a padel court, some shops and a restaurant. Bom Sucesso is located in a beautiful natural area just 7 km from Praia d'el Rey beach and 9 km from Bom Sucesso beach. It lies on a beautiful lagoon (with lovely beach!) with the lovely town of Foz de Arelho (16 km) across the road.

This detached villa is a feat of architecture! It is almost entirely made of glass. All windows are sliding doors which makes the house nice and bright and pleasant. The villa is divided into 2 parts with a patio in the middle. The part on the side of the spacious patio and pool consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the other side, via a few steps, you will find the bedrooms with bathrooms. The furnishings are very modern.

The deposit will be collected upon arrival. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
