The cozy holiday apartment with a small terrace is located in a residential complex above Salema. Thanks to the hillside location, you have a wonderful view over the roofs of the village to the Bay of Salema. The communal pool of the residential complex is just below the apartment and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is also a café and a supermarket nearby. The beach, restaurants and other shops are only a few minutes' walk away.

Notes: Access to the property via footpath and stairs! Community pool from 01.11.-30.04. closed!

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
