The twin bedroom opens onto a patio, ideal for morning coffee. Outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a portable BBQ allow for al fresco dining in the shared garden. Pets are not allowed.

Located in a quiet area of Portimão, the apartment is a short walk from supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. The stunning beaches of Alvor, Vau, and Praia da Rocha are just a short drive away. The charming town of Alvor offers scenic coastlines and fresh seafood. Portimão’s city center provides great shopping and dining. The Oasis Park complex features an indoor pool (heated November to April), jacuzzi, outdoor pool, children’s pool, and a café. Car hire is recommended, and assistance is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, and utensils. The dining area includes an extendable breakfast table and stools. Flexible changeover days are available in low season. A tourist tax applies, and pool card access is available for additional guests.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
