The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a swimming pool and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, four washbasins, a hairdryer, three showers and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

This wonderful five-bedroom holiday home is in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. Offering a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, it is ideal for families or groups. The villa includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. There are three double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, and two twin bedrooms, plus two additional bathrooms. The outdoor area features a well-maintained garden, sun loungers, and a traditional Algarvean brick barbecue for al fresco dining. The villa is fully fenced with gated parking for several vehicles.

The property is within walking distance of a well-stocked supermarket, cafés, bars, and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Olhos de Água are just a twelve-minute walk away. The lively Albufeira Old Town, Pescadores Beach, and the Strip are a short ten-minute drive. Nearby attractions include golf courses, nature reserves, and local markets, making it an excellent location for exploring the Algarve.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, and washing machine. The spacious living and dining area has comfortable seating, a television, and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool. A games room with darts, a pool table, table football, and ping-pong offers entertainment for all ages. Pool heating and jacuzzi use are available as optional extras.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
