In the hamlet Alcaria Cova 4 km from the centre of Estói, 9 km from the centre of São Brás de Alportel, 12 km from the centre of Olhão, on a slope, in the residential district, 12 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 16'000 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 115 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. 650 m long narrow motor access. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
