Cozy terraced house over 3 floors within a well-kept holiday complex with wide green areas, small streets and squares. 3 community pools as well as tennis courts, SPA and fitness room are available to guests in the complex for shared use. The residential complex is situated on the cliffs above Alvor; the Praia dos Três Irmãos beach can be reached quickly (accessible via stairs or lift). Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Enjoy the wonderful view of the sea from the roof terrace and go for long walks.
Note: Community pools from 01.11. until 01.04. closed!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
