The property is just a five-minute drive from Almancil, the Mar Shopping center, and the Laranjal Golf course. The nearest restaurant, Alagoas, is 1.5 km away, accessible by a 20-minute walk or a short drive. Beautiful Algarve beaches are within a 20-minute drive. A car is recommended for convenience, and rental services are available upon request. The peaceful location makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway while remaining close to key attractions.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and washing machine. A games room with a snooker table and a living area with a TV provide entertainment. Outside, guests can enjoy multiple terraces, a grassy play area, a ping-pong table, sun loungers, and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Pool heating is available as an optional extra.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
