In the district of São Bartolomeo do Mar 5 km from the centre of Esposende, 26 km from the centre of Viana do Castelo, 47 km from the centre of Porto, in the residential district, 1.5 km from the sea. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 1.5 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Ferienhaus (ESP188) in Cima you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
