Kitchen 8 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave). Wood heating (extra). Large terrace 30 m2. Marvellous view of the lake. Facilities: washing machine, iron, logs (extra). Parking. Suitable for families.
Trygort 4 km from Węgorzewo: Historical farmhouse "Perła", built in 1870, renovated in 1990. In a quiet position, 50 m from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced). Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, barbecue house. In the house: table football, washing machine, heating to be paid on the spot. Available: boat. Motor access to the house (2 km via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4.5 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 30 km, grass beach 50 m, bathing lake. Tennis 4 km, riding stable 16 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Mamry 50 m. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
