In a hamlet, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 300 m from the lake, located by a road, in the countryside. Lawn and trees. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), flowers and trees, courtyard. Arbour (12 m2), terrace (5 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery 3 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach 4 km. Tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
