Beautiful, comfortable timber house "Skarlinówka", built in 2018. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 150 m from the lake. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), meadow 2'000 m2 (fenced). Hot tub, basketball, volleyball, arbour, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground. In the house: sauna, trampoline, bicycles available (extra). Available: boat. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach, swimming bay 150 m. Ski lift 9 km, ski school 9 km, sled run 9 km, ice field 9 km. Please note: fishing [permit required]. At guests' disposal: a heated bathtub and a hot tub. The owner lives on the neighboring plot. On the owner's plot: Mini Zoo with 40 species of animals and a playroom with billiards, table tennis, gym, sauna, bicycles, kayaks, pedal boats (all extra, available only in summer). On request, a fold-out children's pool is available only in summer.

There is a lake/open water less than 150 meter. You can also relax, because near Skarlinówka in Gmina Kurzętnik you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
