On the edge of the Borecka Forest with a beautiful view of the forest farmhouse "Willa The Barn", built in 2007, renovated in 2022, surrounded by meadows. Outside the resort, in a quiet position, 30 m from the lake, 30 m from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 8'000 m2, garden lawn, meadow, pond. Badminton, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). Available: bicycles (15), boat. Motor access to the house (1 km via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. You can also relax, because near Siedlisko Maria II in Gmina Kowale Oleckie you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
