The holiday home for 12 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a balcony, a barbecue, a billiard, a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a tennis court. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Balcony 3 m2. Deck chairs (10). Facilities: washing machine, iron, logs (extra). Reserved parking at the house.

The house is located at the estuary of the River Lega with the Lake Stacki. Boats can be moored on the river. Available to guests: 10 bikes, 2 canoes, pitch for volleyball, handball, basketball and badminton. IMPORTANT: Deposit 800 PLN. Beautiful single-family house "Stacze", built in 2005, renovated in 2019, surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 200 m from the lake, directly by the river, located by a road. For shared use: tennis (1 x hard court), floodlit (01.05. - 30.09.) (extra). Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), meadow (fenced). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: billiard table, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 8 km, grocery 4 km, supermarket 20 km, restaurant 20 km, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach 300 m. Tennis 10 m. Nearby attractions: Ełk 23 km.

There is a lake/open water less than 200 meter. You can also relax, because near Stacze in Gmina Kalinowo you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
