The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a barbecue, a patio, a garden (fenced), a tennis court (private) and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

In the resort 7 km from the centre of Ustki, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, 1.3 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: property 3'400 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden lawn and flowers. Tennis, floodlit, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: washing machine. Available: bicycles (4) (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station 5 km, sandy beach 1.3 km. Riding stable 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. Grounds and tennis court (free) with brick surface (possibility of tennis lessons from the incoming instructor - extra) - all illuminated. Access to the sea and sandy beach through the forest. Lake - 500 m (no swimming - ornithological reserve "Jezioro Modła"). Possibility to rent 4 bicycles - extra. Shelter for bicycles. The owners speak English. English, Italian. Object for a maximum of 10 people + 1 child under 2 years of age. Please note: access to the beach is not public, only permanent residents of Modlinek and visitors can use it after informing the authorities in advance (details regarding the notification are sent after booking).

There is a lake/open water less than 1,3 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Modlinek in Ustka you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
