General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), a tennis court, a terrace, a patio and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and playground equipment.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

7-room house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Open living/dining room 29 m2 with open-hearth fireplace, flat screen, radio and CD-player. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 2 rooms 12 m2, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen 7 m2 (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 rooms 18 m2, each room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. 1 room 12 m2 with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC. Electric heating (extra). Terrace 15 m2. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Reserved parking at the house. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only PL. Fireplace is only a decoration. Dog max. up to 6 kg.

Single-family house "Mały dworek", built in 2000, renovated in 2010. On the outskirts, in the district Nowęcin, 2 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the lake, 2 km from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden 200 m2, meadow 650 m2. Arbour, barbecue, children's playground (slide). In the complex: trampoline. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, grocery, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station 1.5 km, sandy beach 2 km. Tennis 1 km, riding stable 1 km. Nearby attractions: Park dinozaurów 1 km, Oceanarium 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sarbsko 1,5 km, Łebsko 3 km. Hiking paths: Słowiński Park Narodowy 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Property ref. There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Mały dworek in Łeba you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
