Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/WC. Electric heating, wood heating, solar energy heating. Terrace 10 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, box-room. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 3 year olds, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking at the house.

Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced), garden 200 m2 flowers, meadow 800 m2. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 500 m, grocery 20 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 1 km. Riding stable, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 500 m, children's playground 1.5 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
