The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

3-room house 40 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room 18 m2 with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Kitchenette 5 m2 (4 hot plates). Shower/WC. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the river. Reserved parking at the house.

Small, cosy chalet "Nad Soliną", built in 2009, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2 houses in the resort. 330 m n.p.m, in the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 900 m from the lake, 100 m from the river. For shared use: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), parking at the house. Grocery 100 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 70 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Jez. Solińskie 900 m. Please note: suitable for families. Fishing [permit required].

There is a lake/open water less than 900 meter. You can also relax, because near Nad Soliną in Gmina Solina you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
