Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, steamer). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced) at the house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. You can use the sauna in the garden - for up to 4 people - PLN 120 for 2 hours.
2-family house "W Starym Sadzie", renovated in 2020. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, located by a road, in the countryside. For shared use: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular heated (3 x 7 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 30.Sep.). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 30 m, railway station 4 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 1 km. On request: airport transfer to the holiday accommodation. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The pool has countercurrent.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
