Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double sofabed, 1 french bed and cable TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and cable TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds and cable TV. 1 room with 2 beds and cable TV. Bath/shower/bidet/WC. Beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi).

Comfortable single-family house "Lena", 2 storeys, detached, built in 1985, renovated. On the outskirts, in a quiet position, area with little traffic, in the countryside. Private: property 150 m2, well-kept garden, natural garden 150 m2, meadow 100 m2, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: WiFi, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 150 m, restaurant 250 m, bus stop 50 m. Ski lift 7 km, ski school 7 km, children's playground 200 m. Nearby attractions: Park Miniatur Zabytków Dolnego Śląska 500 m, Muzeum Zabawek 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Stacja narciarska Czarnów 6 km. Owner uses some rooms in the house. The owner has the office on the ground floor, there is a separate entrance to the guest area. On the ground floor there is a room for sports equipment.
